Pressure washing is the process of using high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, and other materials from surfaces such as concrete surfaces.

Power washing is the process of using high-pressure and High-Temp water spray to remove dirt, grime, oil stains, paint, gum and other materials from surfaces that require Hot Water to lighten and/or remove.  This is typically used in restaurant drive-throughs and other commercial/industrial type of cleaning jobs that involve hard to remove oil based or other chemical staining.

Soft washing is the process of using the correct chemicals combined with low-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew or other stains from surfaces that high-pressure cleaning may damage or that manufactures require to maintain product warranties.

Using either Pressured, Powered or Soft washing technics we can clean a large variety of surfaces including concrete, brick, painted surfaces, vinyl siding, wood, and even roofs.

No, washing is not safe for all surfaces. It can damage surfaces such as delicate wood, stucco, some types of siding/paint and even some types of concrete if done incorrectly. That's why it's important to hire a professional washing service like CRWashing who has experience and knowledge in handling different surfaces.
